You have already paid at the time of booking or check-in. For check-out, please put your room card in the designated box by the exit before you leave.

Cupboard for all cases
On the 4th floor in room 509 you will find the cupboard for all cases in which additional pillows, blankets, soaps, Kleenex boxes and other things can be found. You can access it with your room card.

Baby crib 
We are happy to provide a bed for your child (up to 4 years). Please contact us by phone +41 62 858 47 77

ATM
The nearest ATM is located at the train station directly in front of the hotel.

"Please do not disturb!" 
Our Good Fairies start their work from about 07.00 am. Please hang the designated sign on your room door if you do not wish to be disturbed or if the room is not yet to be cleaned. 

Iron 
Please note that we do not provide irons at the Aarauerhof for fire safety reasons.

Electricity 
The sockets are all equipped with 230 volt alternating current. 
The sockets next to the desk are all supplied with continuous current. Here you can also charge devices during your absence. 

Fire / Fire protection 
Our house is built according to current fire protection regulations and is equipped with a fully automatic fire alarm system. You will find a fire extinguisher on each floor.

Please note the emergency plan on your room door!
If an attempt is made to wilfully put the fire alarms out of operation, the guest will be charged a penalty fee and any other resulting consequential costs.

In each room you will find an emergency plan directly by the room door. There you will find all relevant information about alarm buttons and escape routes.

Room card
